Terms & Conditions

1) The member shall be a person 21 years old and above of age

2) All application for new membership will be quarterly reviewed and processed by the Membership Committee for the suitability of the applicant and the endorsement.

3) Unsuccessful applicants will be informed through email and the payment will be refunded within 3 months of the review date.

4) Annual membership is based on the calendar year and will expire on 31 December each year, irrespective of the date you join.

5) Every member shall pay the yearly membership fee by 31 December and you will be notified by our administrator 60 days before expiry.

6) No rights or privileges of any member shall be in any way transferable or transmissible, and such right and privileges shall cease upon the member ceasing to be such, whether by death, retirement or otherwise.

7) All members must abide to the Society's Constitution and Rules.

8) Any member who fails in the observance of any of the rules and regulations of the institute may have his / her membership terminated by resolution voted by a majority of the Committee members present of a Committee Meeting.

9) The Society may, in its sole discretion, revise or change these Terms and Conditions (in whole or in part) at any time without notice to the members.
